Here at Southeastern's Yorkshire Terriers we raise top quality AKC registered Yorkies. They come from very close champion lineage. Our first male we purchased was 1-1/2 yrs old, 2.8lbs. and champion sired. He has 56 ch. in a 5 generation pedigree. Gator will be 12 years old March 18, 2012!!! And has no health issues what so ever! Our Teacup yorkies do have a very long lifespan. We breed our yorkies for the great looks and most important excellent health. Gator is the foundation of all our gorgeous babydoll face Yorkie pups. We are very proud of him and all the Yorkie puppies he has produced and for giving us very healthy, happy teacup yorkie puppies.

Our Yorkie pups are usually around 4 to 5lbs at adulthood. But we also get the 2-3.8lb yorkie puppies a lot.

Most people refer to them as Teacup Yorkies, Pocket Puppies, Mini Yorkies, or Micro Yorkies. Their weights are usually around 2.0lbs to 3.8lbs as adults. All our Yorkies have very nice bone structure, beautiful coats, super personalities, and a very elegant conformation.

We take a lot of pride in the Yorkshire Terriers we produce. The most important is the health and happiness of the Yorkies. We raise our Yorkies to the Yorkshire Terrier standards, which includes the short compact body, not exceeding 7 lbs., blue and tan silky coats, and the outgoing Yorkie "attitude".

Our yorkie puppies are raised in the nursery of our home. They are monitored constantly. At 3 and half to 4 weeks of age we start our puppies on gerber babyfood, then gradually adding ground Royal Canin puppy food. Solid Royal Canin is constantly out for moms and babies. Then we start with bits of chicken or turkey. Needless to say our yorkies are spoiled, but just a little.

What we I do for our clients once a deposit is put on their new yorkie puppy is keep them informed on their puppy. Once every week or week and a half or so, I send them updated pictures and videos. I think its very important to stay in contact with our clients during the purchasing process due to all the scammer out there.
